Performs accounting duties of a complex nature requiring advanced professional experience, knowledge, and competency in accounting principles and practices. Works with broad discretion as to work details on assignments of a difficult nature. Oversees all activities associated with the outflow of funds, including but not limited to purchasing, accounts payable, contracts,
