Vice President/Director, QIS Structuring - Institutional Solutions
What is the opportunity?
Hiring opportunities exist within RBCCM for energetic, bright, and talented individuals. The Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) team designs and executes systematic investment solutions with a wide range of clients. Solutions are typically Equity and/or Cross-Asset delivered as custom strategies or rule-based Indices. This is a relatively small but rapidly growing team that includes highly driven individuals across Trading, Structuring, Sales and Strats.
The QIS Structuring role provides the opportunity to gain in-depth, hands-on experience while working and learning alongside our experienced market professionals. In selecting candidates, we look for well-rounded individuals with a track record of outstanding academic achievement, proven technical and analytical skills and a diversity of extracurricular activities. Other essential qualities we look for include strong oral and written communication skills, leadership qualities, initiative, and the ability to play a key role as a team member in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. The QIS Structuring hire will be provided with career-building mentorship throughout. This opportunity sits within the Global Equities Group.

As an Institutional QIS Structurer, the aim will be to help support the development of Complex Index/Strategy solutions.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $225,000 - $300,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
