Florida Crystals is a leading domestic sugar producer and North America's first fully integrated cane sugar company, guiding our sugar from farm to table. We are America's first and only producer of certified organic sugar, grown and harvested in the United States. Our renewable energy facility is the largest of its kind in North America and provides clean energy that powers our sugar operations, which helps us reduce our use of fossil fuels. Florida Crystals also sustainably farms rice, sweet corn and other vegetables in rotation with our sugarcane. Our rice mill is the only rice mill in Florida.

OVERVIEW

This role is part of the Data and Analytics team and will be responsible for supporting and promoting decision-making based on data and process analysis and the development of business insights from various data assets.Collaborate with internal customers and partners to perform data transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for implementing and supporting Process Mining solutions. Creating data schemas to create, modify and visualize business process steps. Research, develop and validate complex data relationships from data sources and IT solutions to extract tables, data fields and change log files to accurately capture process activity steps.

  • Develop and use advanced SQL/PQL statements and algorithms, YAML scripting and querying processes to evaluate and integrate datasets, complex models, and table structure to create visualized business process models.
  • Deploy Data modeling configuration to Target systems (SIT, UAT & Prod).
  • Optimization of existing database and data transformation solution.
  • Collaborate with foundational solution functional teams, vendors, and technology support teams to build and deliver solutions on business initiatives.
  • Employ Machine Learning algorithms and/ Task Mining to design innovative analyses and execution apps to make the business processes transparent.
  • Implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such asProcess Automation,Task MiningandMachine Learning.
  • Create and maintain data connections. Create data model & transformation mapping in modeling tools and deploy in databases including creation of schedule orchestration jobs.
  • Create and maintain replication agent and automation agent technical configuration and adjust system configuration when version upgrades are made.
  • Create and maintain security roles, assignment groups and user/system access.
  • Responsible for system availability, testing and stability with each project/system upgrade/migration related changes in the environment.
  • Be a key player in Celonis implementation project teams, delivering optimal solutions that meet customer needs and solve pain points.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years' experience with Data Integrations, Data Modeling and Process Improvement.
  • Strong experience Data/Task Mining, Data Modeling Process Mining, YAML scripting, SQL/Process Mining SQL language.
  • Strong data modelling experience with Celonis or in a SQL-based environment.
  • Working experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba (required).
  • Experience creating data connections from multiple sources.
  • Experience using AI/ML, workflows for process automation.
  • Experience building and managing data connections uses APIs, data connectors and/or with replication/extractor tools.
  • Proficiency withSQLor other programming languages (Python, R, MATLAB).
  • Celonis Certifications and Experience with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines (preferred)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Data & Analytics/Economics/Management Information Systems or equivalent

  • Ability to travel to other company locations, if necessary.
