- Provides technical support for a secure enterprise wide area network.
- Performs routine installation and/or maintenance assignments, monitors, tests, locates, repairs and troubleshoots network equipment.
- Responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance services of cryptographic devices in support of the customers network.
- Responsible for the management of a TACLANE (KG-175D) based network, including network monitoring, management, configuration and operator training along with the ordering and tracking of COMSEC material for all devices.
- Provides technical support, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of all deployed COMSEC equipment.
- Provides assistance to and works with COMSEC custodians supporting the accountability, tracking, ordering and distribution of COMSEC items.
- Manages the distribution, implementation and training/support for all keying material using data transfer devices such as the AN/CYZ-10 DTD and the AN/KIK-20 Secure Data Transfer Device (SDS).
- Provides support for secure voice equipment including the Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) and Secure Wireline Terminal (SWT) and future secure Voice over IP based equipment to include setup, use and ordering of keying material.

*Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience.
*Requires previous experience and knowledge of COMSEC handling and support.
*Experience and knowledge in computer networking is also an advantage.
*Individual requires minium TOP SECRET security clearance
