The Supervisor would be responsible for the planning, organization, direction of project activities for effective management of Operations and Maintenance of the facility.
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Supervise assigned personnel, maintaining a safe and efficient work place
* Maintain building systems and equipment, including electrical distribution systems, boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, generators, UPS systems, plumbing, etc.
* Constantly reinforce critical awareness to all employees and subcontractors working in, and supporting, critical facility operations
* Provide leadership to establish a strong team relationship among Vendor employees, customers, business partners, subcontractors, and other vendors
* Respond to emergency situations providing guidance to personnel ensuring rapid and effective situation recovery minimizing asset damage
* Establish shift coverage schedules; develop, coordinate, and manage site labor, overtime, and material budgets
* Manage the day-to-day performance of personnel and subcontractors, including quality control evaluation and program management
* Plan and schedule internal and subcontract work within budgetary constraints
* quality standards and O&M guidelines
* Coordinate with various departments concerning service needs
* Review and process timesheets and invoices
* Oversee and coordinate all scheduled maintenance activities
* Manage operations to meet the operational goal of 100% uptime and reliability of the facility infrastructure supporting designated critical operations.
* Lead and direct mission critical facility and/or data center O&M personnel performing preventive, predictive, corrective, and general facilities maintenance activities
* Perform other related duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of ten years of progressive and hands-on experience in an environment of similar proportions and mission as the assigned area of responsibility
* A minimum of five years supervisory experience (prefer electrical superintendent role) in O&M of large commercial office buildings and mission critical environments.
* Possess extensive knowledge of the NEC
* Electrical expert with experience in HVAC, UPS, emergency power systems, fire alarms, security systems, telecommunication systems
* Heavy experience with Building Automated Systems
* Expert ability in reading and interpreting facility blueprints and electrical schematics
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes and regulations
* Contract management experience helpful
* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain composure under stressful emergency situations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy including a working knowledge of MS Project and the MS Office Suite
* A demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems associated with general construction, and maintenance/repair of commercial facilities.
* Possess an Master Electrical License
* Possess a current Dept. of Defense Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
